Cancellation & refund policy
Postponement or cancellation needs at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise full charges apply. Medical cancellations with ≥24h notice and a doctor's note are refundable. A session attended counts as fully used regardless of dives completed. Instructors may stop a course at any stage for safety. Ask us on WhatsApp for the full policy for your course.
